US children are already fluoride-overdosed. that’s one reason that infant formula should not be mixed with fluoridated water. Putting fluoridated toothpaste into the mouths of babes is just crazy. Fluoridated toothpaste will get swallowed by babies as well as that which is absorbed into the blood system via the mouth membranes. Read the poison label on any tube of fluoridated toothpaste. Organized dentistry is the unofficial promoter of products made by corporations that profit from tooth decay and fluoride sales. The CDC says that up to 60% of US adolescents are fluoride overdosed but 51% still have tooth decay. After 7 decades of fluoridation, 6 decades of fluoridated toothpaste, a fluoridated food supply, a glut of fluoridated dental products ( and in much higher concentrations ) yet tooth decay is a national epidemic with 101 patients dying in hospital from the consequences of untreated tooth decay, according to the J of the Am Dent Assoc. The problem is that organized dentistry prefers to use fluoride as an excuse not to actually treat Americans who need their care the most.
